We had a decent stay at this hotel overall. The rooms were clean and the service was quick, especially when we needed help. However, we did experience some noise issues during our stay due to a basketball team, and the cleanliness of certain areas could be improved. I had a great stay overall. The hotel is conveniently located near the Hoover Met with plenty of nearby dining options. The staff made me feel appreciated, and my room was clean and comfortable. I had a very disheartening experience at this hotel. The rooms had cleanliness and security issues, and there were bugs present, which made me feel uncomfortable.
